Basically, this mod is a lightweight add-on for GTCE. Its main aim is to provide in-game two types of a buffer including CEU and CEF. In more detail, CEU will covert GTEU to FE while CEF will do conversely meaning that it will convert FE to GTEU.

CEU will push FE on the front side as well as receive the EU on other sides. You are able to place FE batteries in CEU and then make use of it as a charger or place EU batteries in case you need an internal buffer. And CEF will perform the same things but in contrast.

Notice that when you shoving too much FE on CEF, this will not create an explosion. Nevertheless, CEU is still able to explode because of overvoltage. The conversion rate by default is GTEU: 4 FE but you are allowed to change this rate in the configuration file. In addition, you are also able to disable the recipes of CEU, or CEF, or both of them.
